Andrew Gauthier

President & CFO Consultant

Andrew Gauthier is a dynamic, C-suite executive with significant hands-on financial and operating experience. Andrew's expertise has amassed from years of launching and scaling-up businesses globally.

Prior to starting Mighty Financial, Andrew was the Head of Finance at Botkeeper. A member of both the founding and executive teams, he was instrumental in the creation and rapid growth of the organization. Botkeeper raised a $4.5M Seed Round, grew to over 100 global employees, and closed an $18M Series A.

Andrew helped secure $25M+ of equity and debt capital, leading M&A initiatives from identification of targets through due diligence to post-close integration.
